I greatly enjoyed convenient placing of coffee/tea making facilities and a multi-channel television in the king room. The location was unbeatable and the staff was knowledgeable during the whole stay!

It was reasonably clean, everyone was very attentive. The property's location was absolutely perfect and excellent, near the town centre. It was also just next door to the lovely bright conservatory and about 100 yards. The bar was pretty great.

Everything was fabulous, excellent location short walk to the the grand pier, beach, and the main shops and cafe's and bar's, really really nice experience. The staff members were all very friendly, the rooms were nicely furnished with 2 single beds, all the facilities, for instance. Liked the restaurant for cooked meals.

Recommend it, our stay here was very lovely. The property is immaculately clean; a nice size and well furnished rooms; very clean bed. The room is reasonably priced. The staff is extremely helpful, very friendly. The setting is magnificent and unbeatable, really close to the main shops and pubs and shops. Furthermore, it is close to Corpus Christi r c Church. The whole experience was really nice. It was a lovely little and well presented hotel in a coastal area, just off light conservatory and the beach and town. The property staff was extremely helpful and very amiable. Generally everything was fabulous, nevertheless the bathroom was dirty. The perfect location was a short walk to Ellenborough Park.
